Booking and appointments
- Book by phone, WhatsApp, the website form or at a centre.
- You must give accurate personal and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by wrong information.
- Some tests need preparation (for example fasting or a full bladder). We will tell you at booking. Poor preparation may affect the result or require a repeat.

- Home-visit availability, timing and any charges depend on the test and location, and will be told to you when you book.
4. Samples
You give informed consent to sample collection or the procedure when you give a sample or lie down for a scan, and you may refuse at any time. We may ask for a repeat sample if the first is insufficient, haemolysed, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable. Results can vary with the sample, your condition and the method used. Samples and related waste are disposed of under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
5. Reports
- Turnaround times shown on our website or given at booking are estimates, not guarantees. Some tests take longer.
- Reports are delivered by hard copy, email or WhatsApp to the details you give us.
- Please check your report for errors in name, age and sex as soon as you receive it and tell us promptly.
- If you doubt a result, contact us as soon as you receive the report. The time within which a result can be re-checked depends on the type of report and sample, and we will tell you when you contact us. We will review it and re-test where appropriate.
